Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support the execution of global marketing projects that drive Nexford’s growth. This role is hands-on, helping to launch and optimize campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring smooth coordination across the team.
You’ll work closely with senior marketing leaders to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing execution from campaign setup and reporting to content coordination and digital optimization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to make a tangible impact across marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
- Coordinate with various content creators internally and externally to produce high quality content
- Support with campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to measure performance
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver assets
- Regularly update marketing assets including the website through HubSpot CMS
- Research competitor activity and market trends to support campaign development
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in an online startup environment
- Extremely comfortable with advanced software tools including various AI-enabled automation tools
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and email tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data and reporting dashboards
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience essential
