About the Position
We’re seeking a skilled and technically adept Digital Operations Manager to manage and execute our digital marketing and communications initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience using marketing technology platforms and a solid track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with a diverse, globally distributed team of communications experts, helping shape digital strategy while owning the execution of email marketing, digital advertising, and SEO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Email & CRM
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, manage lists, implement lead scoring, and support nurturing workflows.
- Optimize deliverability and engagement using data-driven insights.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to track and manage an email calendar.
Digital Advertising
- Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and search platforms (Google Ads, Bing).
- Partner with creative and content teammates to develop compelling ads tailored to target audiences.
- Manage relationships with potential external vendors for large campaigns and Google Ad Grants.
Website & SEO
- Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page SEO, and identify opportunities to improve organic search performance.
- Support technical SEO improvements, including metadata, site structure, and page performance.
- Work closely with the Senior Web Manager to support updating website pages in WordPress as needed.
- Create optimized landing pages for campaigns in HubSpot or WordPress.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and platform dashboards to analyze performance and provide insights.
- Create regular reporting for leadership, highlighting trends, KPIs, and recommendations.
- Use data to inform ongoing improvements to digital strategy.

Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a comparable tool, including marketing automation and analytics.
- Proven experience creating, sending, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience executing and refining paid social and search advertising campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and digital content management.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices (on-page and technical).
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Experience working on a globally distributed or multicultural team is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a diverse team of communications experts.
- Experience supporting or executing digital fundraising and/or advocacy campaigns is a strong plus.

Compensation and benefits for this position will be paid in local currency and based on the country and geographic location’s local salary and benefits market data for the position. Exact pay will be based on factors including but not limited to relevant qualifications, experience, geographic location, education, business and organizational needs.
