Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We’re looking for a Director, Central GTM Operations to lead our growing APAC Tech COE in Bangalore. This dynamic business and technical leader will have a strong nose for value, with the ability to apply our technological expertise to create business impact across our GTM and Operations functions. You and the team will operate full cycle, uncovering business opportunities with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, building out prioritized roadmaps, executing to deliver results, and communicating the impact narrative. You’ll serve as a technical advisor across Central Ops, thought partner to various business teams, and collaborate closely with R&D.
Responsibilities:
Create a compelling vision, identity and operating structure for this newly formed team
Lead this team to drive transformational business impact across leverage and growth objectives through technical solutions in AI & Automation
Operate full cycle; diagnose business needs & opportunities with stakeholder teams, build out prioritized technical roadmaps, nail execution to deliver on impact
Serve as the Central Ops key technical leader and point of contact for our APAC Tech COE in Bangalore
Provide thought partnership to business teams and leaders on leverage, growth, operations initiatives with technical solutions
Deep knowledge of industry trends and new technology (e.g., Automation, AI, GenAI)
Coach team members, support their development goals, and build a high-performing team
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in delivering impactful technical solutions (e.g., automation, analytics, AI, etc.)
5+ years of experience operating as a people manager across technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience driving large scale transformation initiatives; working with geographically dispersed global stakeholders
Strong track record of tying together business needs, technical vision, roadmap execution, to impact
Strong, independent voice to push thinking while able to build trust-based relationships across stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and execution
Nose for value and where these solutions can make the biggest difference in our GTM and Operations
Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication, presence to drive discussions with senior-level leaders
A love for change and an ability to thrive in a complex and fast-moving environment
