Stand Together
Full-time
On-site
Arlington, VA

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

As Director of Constitutionally Limited Government Talent Strategy, you will be responsible for leading a multi-year strategy to develop, strengthen, and connect a pipeline of principled leaders positioned to fill influential policy roles. This role will ensure that liberty-advancing talent is identified early, cultivated through multiple channels, and retained within the broader liberty ecosystem across academic, policy, and government opportunities. You will partner closely with internal Stand Together teams, including the Constitutionally Limited Government issue team, as well as core external partners to align on and operationalize this vision.
