Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a Director of Site Enforcement to join our Trust Review Operations team and help keep LinkedIn safe, trusted, and professional. In this role, you will lead a global organization responsible for the operational execution of LinkedIn’s content, accounts, jobs, ads, and emerging product services enforcement programs. The Site Enforcement team serves as a core pillar of Trust Review Operations, ensuring consistent, accurate, and efficient enforcement of policies 24/7 and across our full-time and managed-service review teams.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy that enables scalable policy enforcement, abuse prevention, and reviewer excellence. This includes driving operational performance, partnering across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Communications, Legal, Policy, Investigations, Security, Customer Support, and Human Resources, and leading large global teams that review and enforce against complex abuse patterns and platform risks.

The ideal candidate is a Trust Operations leader with a track record of leading large-scale global operations, delivering measurable business outcomes, driving operational transformation, and leveraging technology and AI to improve enforcement efficiency and quality. You are comfortable handling sensitive and ambiguous issues while balancing member and customer trust, platform integrity, business objectives, and regulatory obligations. You can influence senior stakeholders, make data-driven decisions, and develop long-term strategies that anticipate evolving threats and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global Site Enforcement strategy, ensuring alignment with LinkedIn’s business and Trust objectives.

Refine, scale, and develop a high-performing global organization of managers, analysts, and enforcement specialists.

Serve as a global executive leader within Trust Review Operations, helping shape the long-term vision and operational roadmap for enforcement programs.

Lead global enforcement operations responsible for reviewing and actioning content, accounts, jobs, ads, groups, pages, and other platform integrity risks.

Drive consistent, fair, and accurate policy enforcement decisions across enforcement queues and workflows.

Establish governance mechanisms that ensure operational adherence to policy guidance, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Own global performance metrics including service levels, throughput, operational efficiency, decision quality, and member impact.

Partner to develop measurement frameworks that continuously evaluate reviewer performance, enforcement quality, and effectiveness of policy application.

Drive operational maturity through data analysis, process optimization, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Policy, Legal, Regulatory, Communications, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to identify emerging abuse vectors and develop scalable mitigation strategies.

Translate operational signals into actionable recommendations that strengthen platform protections and reduce abuse at scale.

Identify and fix root causes of escalations; lead investigations into high-impact abuse trends and ensure learnings are incorporated into products, detection systems, policies, and operational workflows.

Establish operational governance frameworks that ensure responsible deployment of AI-assisted enforcement operations.

Represent Trust Review Operations and influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and operational expertise in executive forums, risk reviews, and strategic planning discussions.

Create robust feedback loops that ensure operational insights inform policy evolution, product improvements, and abuse mitigation strategies.

Own organizational goals and ensure alignment between enforcement programs, Trust, and LinkedIn’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Public Policy, Risk Management, Business, Communications, Criminal Justice, Social Sciences, or related field AND 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, fraud operations, platform integrity, compliance, risk management, security operations, or related fields; OR equivalent experience.

6+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and large global operational organizations.

Experience leading large-scale operational teams responsible for content moderation, account enforcement, fraud prevention, or abuse mitigation.

Experience building and operationalizing metrics, service level objectives, quality frameworks, and operational performance management programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Significant experience leading Trust & Safety operations at global scale.

Expertise in content moderation, account integrity, fraud prevention, abuse detection, or platform security.

Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating operational data into executive-level recommendations and business decisions.

Experience driving AI, automation, and workflow transformation initiatives within operational environments.

Experience managing global vendor partnerships and outsourced operations.

Knowledge of global online safety regulations, platform governance frameworks, and emerging industry standards.

Experience building decision quality, auditing, or operational excellence programs.

Strong executive presence with ability to influence across senior leadership levels.

Proven success leading through organizational growth, transformation, and ambiguity.

MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Understanding of LinkedIn’s mission, products, member experience, and Trust & Safety ecosystem.
