We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to work within the Employee Relations team at Wellcome.

Where will I be working?

Reporting into the Employee Relations Lead role, you will be an integral part of our People team playing an active role in helping enable Wellcome to become the best place to work, in support of the delivery of the mission

What will I be doing?

As the Employee Relations Specialist you will be responsible for supporting line managers to ensure that all employee relations case work is carried out smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with legal standards.

  • Proven experience in undertaking end to end Employee Relations casework within a medium/ large organisation

  • Strong working knowledge and skilled application of UK employment law in supporting pragmatic and fair management decisions.

  • Ability to build trust with, challenge, coach and upskill managers at all levels

  • Demonstrable clear, confident verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in supporting organisational change processes

At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
