Enumerator – Creche Support Project

Role: Enumerator

Location:

• Bangalore (must be based in Bangalore; office reporting required on most days, with factory visits within ~50 km radius)
• Delhi NCR (must be based in Delhi NCR; office reporting required on most days, with factory visits within ~50 km radius)

Start date: ASAP (applications being accepted on a rolling basis)

Salary:
Rs.950/day

Length of Commitment: 6 months (may be slightly longer depending on project needs)

About the role:

We are hiring a team of enumerators in both Bangalore and Delhi NCR to support data collection for the Creche Support Project. The work will primarily involve conducting phone surveys with workers, along with occasional factory visits for in-person data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Enumerators:

• Conduct phone surveys with accuracy and professionalism.
• Report to the office regularly (Bangalore or Delhi NCR as per posting)
• Visit factories (within 50 km radius) for in-person data collection when required.
• Ensure adherence to survey protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and respectful communication with respondents.
• Share regular updates with the project team.
  

Who are you?

• Must be based in Bangalore or Delhi NCR (mention preference while applying).
• Graduate degree (Social Work or related field preferred).
• Freshers welcome for enumerator roles (must have good communication and people skills).
• Prior experience in surveys, monitoring, or supervisory roles preferred for supervisors.
• Comfortable working flexible hours.
• Open to travel within the city (up to 50 km, on own).
• Language requirement: Hindi (mandatory), plus either Kannada or Odia.
• Preferably female candidates for enumerator roles; supervisors can be male or female.
