The role
Currently, we are seeking an Events Co-ordinator who will support the activity of the Events and Programming teams across a number of events worldwide for our conferences and training business. They will implement tasks to assist with the successful operational delivery of our events, by working as part of the events team to ensure the successful management of events from processing speaker information, co-ordinating communications, managing conference apps and website updates, as well as organising logistics and delivering key tasks throughout the life cycle of the event. To provide a first class service to clients and speakers, ensuring all calls and correspondence are handled professionally, within agreed timescales and to standards set by the Company.
