The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy, and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships.

We plan to spend £16bn over the next ten years, funding new discoveries in life, health, and wellbeing, and taking on three global health challenges: mental health, infectious disease and climate and health.

These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won’t be solved by science alone.

You’ll also manage and influence how we assess and evolve our workplace experience to ensure that our people feel connected, valued, and inspired to deliver on our mission for now and the future.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Culture Assessment and Strategy: Manage the integrity and cadence of our employee survey and Internal Culture Audit, using insights and benchmarks to shape strategies that enhance our organisational culture.

  • EVP: Collaborate with the People Team and Corporate Affairs to create and embed Wellcome's new EVP, ensuring inclusion across all employee experiences, striving for consistent alignment, and understanding.
