About the Ethereum Foundation
The Ethereum Foundation (EF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the Ethereum ecosystem in realizing the potential of Ethereum as an open, neutral infrastructure for the world. In practice, we dynamically allocate resources to critical projects when needed and step back when others can take the lead.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of the EF’s leaders. This role is about amplifying impact and creating focus, reducing friction and enabling thoughtful contributions to the Ethereum ecosystem. You will be a trusted partner, ensuring that the executive’s time and attention are directed toward the highest-leverage work. You will manage operations with care, build respectful relationships, and contribute to a culture of clarity and trust.

Your Responsibilities- Time and Calendar Stewardship
- Plan, organize and manage the executive’s calendar (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across global timezones
- Stakeholder and Communication Support
- Track relationships, manage follow-ups and support communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Draft and refine correspondence, ensuring clarity and alignment with EF’s values
- Execution and Operations
- Coordinate travel logistics and reconcile expenses
- Support task management, prioritization and delegation
- Collect and synthesize information to help decision-making
- Projects and Special Initiatives
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, such as board preparations, events or community gatherings
- Ensure materials and follow-ups are prepared and delivered on time
- Trust and Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality, maturity and judgment.
You Have- Experience supporting an executive in a dynamic, global and fast-moving environment
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow through
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to represent EF and its leaders professionally
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively remove friction
- Adaptability and calmness under shifting prioritiesExperience working remotely across distributed teams and cultures
- Curiosity about Ethereum and the wider Web3 ecosystem

This is a full-time role, remote role.
Optional offices are available in Boulder, Colorado and Berlin, Germany. Hours are flexible, but you should generally be available around “Eth o’clock” 14:00 UTC for synchronous calls.
