On-site
Arlington, Virginia

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

We’re looking for a thoughtful, proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team of administrative professionals. You’ll primarily support one senior leader and offer lighter support to other leaders who collaborate on an evolving, fast-paced campaign and workstreams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting details to a larger purpose, someone who’s quick-thinking, collaborative, and energized by helping others succeed. A portion of this leader’s time will contribute to America250, the official campaign commemorating the United States’ 250th anniversary in 2026. At Stand Together, we see this milestone as more than a celebration—it’s an opportunity to reconnect with our founding ideals, elevate the Principles of Human Progress, and inspire bottom-up movements that empower every person to contribute to society.

The role will be based in-person in the Ballston, VA office.
