Fundraising and Development Intern:
Reporting to the Director, Development & Government Relations, you’ll be directly impacting our fundraising and development efforts. This isn’t just an internship; it’s your launchpad into the exciting world of fundraising, entrepreneurship, and social impact. You’ll get hands-on experience in every area of fundraising, from research to donor relations support, all while contributing to a mission-driven organization.
This is role is part of VFC's commitment to fostering work-integrated learning for Canadian students, in addition to gaining valuable hands-on experience, interns will also receive 1x1 mentoring from our Director of People Operations and Finance, a curated set of learning materials, and participate in professional development groups to further advance skill development. These skill development sessions will focus on relationship building, time management, objective-based working styles, delegation, project planning and execution, working in small teams, and more!
This is a contract position and employment is contingent on funding approval.
