About Enveritas
Enveritas provides sustainability assurance for the coffee and cocoa industries, assessing social, economic, and environmental practices in supply chains. We operate in over 30 countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, helping leading coffee roasters understand and address sustainability challenges. Our unique model ensures that smallholder coffee growers can access sustainable markets without the prohibitive costs of traditional audits.

The Role
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your contributions will directly influence how we support sustainable coffee and cocoa production in Guatemala.
As General Field Coordinator, Guatemala, your role will be to help lead stakeholder engagement and help set the strategic direction for operations in Guatemala, while helping to ensure that Enveritas’s integrity and quality standards are maintained and actionable insights are surfaced.
You will report directly to the Regional Hub Lead, Mesoamerica, who will not only guide your responsibilities but also actively collaborate with you to align your unique skills with the organization's evolving needs—ensuring both professional growth and meaningful impact. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the Americas, including Data & Insights and Field Operations, with a particular focus on Guatemala, driving innovation and sustainability in the industry.
