Spotify is looking for a Global Law Enforcement Response Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll coordinate the global Law Enforcement Response process, ensuring the appropriate handling of requests and the continued development of scalable, accurate and efficient processes. You will also, partnering with cross-functional teams, develop and implement our policies and processes.

What You'll Do- Coordinate the Law Enforcement Response process, overseeing the intake, review, and processing of requests from law enforcement agencies worldwide.
- Develop, refine, and enforce operational policies and guidelines for handling law enforcement requests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for law enforcement agencies, ensuring appropriate handling of requests and addressing inquiries regarding our processes and policies.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional teams such as Legal, Public Affairs, Trust & Safety, and Engineering.
- Monitor and analyze emerging trends to proactively identify and mitigate risks and ensure the long-term scalability of processes.
- Create and maintain documentation, reports, and metrics.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to other legal and operational teams on matters related to law enforcement requests.
- Where necessary, provide support to Litigation, Privacy and Regulatory teams.
Who You Are- 5+ years of experience in a legal, policy, government, or law enforcement response role, preferably within a technology or media company.
- Deep understanding of legal procedures and experience processing legal requests such as subpoenas and search warrants.
- Proven track record of managing and resolving issues with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in law enforcement policy and knowledge of privacy and security principles.
- An excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to articulate complex legal and policy concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- A skilled collaborator, able to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in project management and a global approach, with the ability to manage international projects and navigate different legal jurisdictions.
- Fluency in English.
Where You'll Be - This role is based in either Stockholm, Sweden or London, UK.
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but it still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come to the office 2 to 3 times per week.
