This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and expanding Anthropic's partner ecosystem across international markets. You will lead a multi-functional, multi-geography team working across Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Management Consulting firms, Regional Systems Integrators, and Agencies—spanning EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and emerging markets.
In this role, you will bring deep experience operating across diverse cultures and geographies, with the ability to adapt strategies to local market dynamics while maintaining global consistency. You will be instrumental in establishing Anthropic's international presence, amplifying our brand globally, and driving transformational partner-sourced revenue across multiple regions.

Team Leadership & Global Expansion
Build and lead a high-performing, geographically distributed team of partnership sales and collaboration professionals capable of operating and influencing at senior levels within partner organizations
Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent across multiple regions and cultures
Create a unified, results-oriented culture across geographies that attracts top talent and delivers outstanding outcomes
Foster a team environment that competitively differentiates Anthropic and is relentless in the pursuit of excellence, regardless of market
International Market Development
Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and emerging markets
Adapt partnership models and go-to-market approaches to local market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances
Identify and prioritize high-potential markets for investment and expansion
Navigate complex international business environments including regulatory, compliance, and data sovereignty considerations
Partner Ecosystem Development
Lead multi-functional partner coverage across GSIs, Management Consulting firms, Regional SIs, and Agencies in each region
Work with partners to amplify the Anthropic brand internationally and establish Claude as the AI platform of choice across global markets
Support the initiation and development of $100M+ strategic relationships with global and regional partners
Interface and work closely with Anthropic's GTM, Cloud Sales Partnerships, and North American Partnerships teams to ensure global alignment and maximize market impact
Sales Enablement & GTM Scaling
Scale Anthropic's international sales and GTM teams through localized training, enablement programs, and region-specific use cases
Develop and deploy partner-led GTM motions tailored to each market that drive pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
Create competitive differentiation through partner capabilities and joint value propositions adapted for local markets
Significant experience building and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple international geographies with demonstrable evidence of driving substantial incremental revenues
Proven track record of developing large-scale GSI practices internationally that find, close, and retain business
Experience initiating and managing $100M+ strategic partnerships across diverse markets
Deep experience operating across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) with understanding of local business practices, cultural nuances, and market dynamics
Track record of successfully entering and building presence in new international markets
Strong background in enterprise technology sales internationally, ideally within cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses
History of delivering exceptional customer success, brand protection, and lifetime value through partner channels globally
Experience leading and scaling high-performing, geographically distributed partnership teams
Executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships at C-suite level across diverse cultures
Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and cultural intelligence
Commercial acumen with deep understanding of international enterprise sales cycles and partner economics across different markets
Strategic thinking skills that balance global consistency with local market adaptation
Comfort with ambiguity and experience building in nascent or emerging markets
Collaborative approach with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, product, marketing, and regional teams
Willingness to travel extensively across international markets
Passion for AI and alignment with Anthropic's mission of beneficial AI development
Proficiency in multiple languages
Experience specifically within AI/ML or frontier technology companies
Established relationships with major global systems integrators and consulting firms
Background in building partner programs from the ground up at high-growth technology companies
The expected base compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation.
Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
