As the Head of the Trailblazer Community & Global Workforce Development, you will lead the global effort to empower one million Trailblazers to become Agentblazers – the AI-first leaders who will drive the future. You will be responsible for reimagining our community and workforce strategies to meet the challenges and opportunities of the agentic era. Your Impact: Build and empower a strong, inclusive community by actively listening and responding to their needs. Act as a trusted bridge between community members and executive and product leadership, ensuring their voices, insights, and passion shape our future. Our community is our greatest strength, and this role is dedicated to championing their success. Lead the strategic initiative to unify all Salesforce communities into a single, cohesive ecosystem. You will serve as the business owner for the community tech stack, applying first-principles thinking to modernize our technology and user experience to deliver a seamless user journey for every community member. You will navigate the complexities of community unification and technological change with resilience and a growth mindset. You will serve as the internal and external champion for these initiatives, ensuring internal and external stakeholders understand the "why" behind our strategic decisions and inspiring them to embrace the new, unified vision. In partnership with our Marketing team, you will develop and execute a communications plan to proactively share the positive impact of the Trailblazer Community. This includes amplifying diverse stories of learning, career transformation, and Salesforce adoption across social media, blogs, video, and events. Drive a renewed global workforce development strategy that sets a new standard for impact. You will build and lead a high-performing team to partner with governments, NGOs, and educational institutions to scale AI and Agentforce skills. You will hold your team and yourself accountable to aggressive growth targets and deliver exceptional results. Your work will directly unlock new career paths and change lives around the world. You will be responsible for executing key initiatives like preparing the workforce with AI enablement, expanding into new priority regions, and relaunching the Salesforce Military Program with a focus on AI upskilling. You will be the primary voice of the community and workforce development teams, ensuring clear, honest communication with executive leadership, product teams, and the community itself. You will lead a robust community advisory board, ensuring community feedback directly influences product and engineering roadmaps. You will foster a culture of open dialogue and transparency, empowering your team and community members to collaborate effectively toward a shared purpose. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience in community building, developer relations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of building and scaling large, global communities and leading transformative, cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated experience in workforce development, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the AI and tech skills landscape. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and inspire a world-class team. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a vision and inspire diverse audiences. Strong business and analytical acumen. You must be able to define metrics, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies that align with a V2MOM framework. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $262,900 to $420,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $262,900 to $420,600.
