We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR Apprentice to join us in the People team at Wellcome to start their HR career.
Where will I be working?
Reporting into the People Services Lead, you will be an integral part of our People team playing an active role in helping enable Wellcome to become the best place to work, in support of the delivery of the mission.
What will I be doing?
The HR Apprentice is a developmental role where you will be providing comprehensive support across the People team. You will be contributing to the effective operation of the department, whilst learning the basics of HR as a foundation for a broader career in the field. You will be part of the People Service Desk who provide administrative support & customer service across the Employee Lifecycle.

The minimum requirements of the role are:
Business Management/HR Degree or an apprenticeship equivalent.
A strong interest in developing a long term career in HR
Office experience preferred (could have been undertaken as part of a placement year)
