What You’ll Do 

As an Instructional Services Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our tutoring services by managing data, processing enrollments, and ensuring the accuracy of reports that drive student success. You’ll work across systems and teams to ensure our services run smoothly and meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external customers. 
 
In this role you will: 

  • Create and distribute accurate reports for tutoring services using tools like Excel, Genius, and proprietary platforms 
  • Process student enrollments in learning systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance 
  • Monitor system processes and audit data for accuracy and completeness 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate information 
  • Support internal teams with timely responses to data and enrollment inquiries 

Who You Are 

  • You have strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy 
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working across multiple systems 
  • You have experience with student information systems or LMS platforms (Genius, Exact Path, etc.) 
  • You are adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities throughout the day 
  • You are a clear communicator and enjoy working with others to solve problems 
  • You are self-motivated and capable of working independently 
  • You are eager to learn new tools and processes 
  • You maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct 
  • You take ownership of your learning and development 
  • You are dependable and maintain regular attendance 
  • You are committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment 
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$20$22 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
