OVERVIEW
Morning Brew Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Intern. At the end of the program, this intern will independently own a recurring financial report or analysis, demonstrate a clear understanding of key business drivers, and deliver a structured, data driven final project that provides actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
Our summer internship position is a part-time role based in our New York office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Support recurring financial reporting and maintain key revenue and KPI trackers
-Analyze performance vs. plan and identify key business drivers
-Build and update basic financial models to support forecasting and decisions
-Partner cross-functionally to gather data and inform analysis
-Contribute to executive reporting and business insights
-Perform ad hoc analysis on revenue, audience, and campaign performance
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
-Document processes to support scalability
-Deliver a final analysis project with clear insights and recommendations
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
-A current junior or senior enrolled in relevant degree program
-Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
-Strong analytical skills
