Join the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) as a Video Producer and play a key role in shaping how table tennis is showcased to the world through dynamic and engaging video content.

 

We are looking for a skilled video producer with strong editing and storytelling abilities, capable of crafting diverse video content with compelling narratives tailored for different platforms.

Table tennis is a fast-paced and thrilling sport that has captivated billions. Youth, Senior, Para, Masters and Esports - the ITTF crowns World Champions and nurtures the next generation of players. Table Tennis is also on the programme of all multisport Games including the Summer Olympics and Paralympics. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to attend these premier events, experiencing the action firsthand while creating compelling video content from the heart of the competition

JOB TITLE: ITTF Video Producer 

 

LOCATION: ITTF Asia Pacific Office, Singapore

 

REPORTS TO:
ITTF Communications Manager

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for ITTF’s events and social media platforms, ensuring engaging storytelling and seamless audio-visual integration.
  • Develop compelling narratives by structuring footage into polished, impactful videos tailored for different audiences and platforms.
  • Write scripts and create storyboards to guide content production, ensuring clarity and creativity in messaging.
  • Adapt and optimize video content for multiple formats and platforms, including short-form social media clips, event highlights, promotional videos, and feature stories.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, interpreting briefs to devise effective, creative video solutions using available source material.
  • Capture basic video footage when required, ensuring high-quality visuals that complement existing content.
  • Manage and maintain ITTF’s video archives, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility of past footage for future use.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

  • Degree or relevant experience in video production, media, or a related field, preferably with exposure to the sports sector.
  • Possess 3–4 years of experience in video editing and production.
  • Excellent editing and scripting skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro (PP); working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects (AE) is advantageous.
  • Audio mixing skills
  • Possess basic filming skills with professional camera equipment.
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adjust working hours during major events and competitions.
  • Able to travel internationally for event coverage.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of table tennis or a passion for sports.
  • Background in sports media or event promotion.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with International Federations and the Olympic/Paralympic ecosystem.

 

Employment Type: Full-time position (Part-time options may be considered)
