The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a career accelerator for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways. KAP equips associates with the tools, mindsets, and community to succeed as social entrepreneurs—individuals excited to find new and better ways to break barriers and eliminate injustice. Associates spend one day each week engaging in experiential learning with Stand Together Fellowships and work at one of our many partner organizations the rest of the week. Our curriculum is designed to supercharge your development and equip you for long-term success as you seek to have an impact on the problems that prevent people from realizing their potential.
About the Organization
Young Voices’ mission is to cultivate the next generation of thought leaders for liberty in policy, journalism, and academia. Founded in 2013, Young Voices mentors and promotes 100+ pro-liberty communicators each year through our flagship Contributor Program, helping them place 150+ media hits per month in print, radio, and TV .
Founded in 2022 under the Young V oices umbrella, the Dissident Project amplifies the voices of immigrants who fled tyranny and now share their lived experiences with students across the United States. Through virtual and in-person engagements at middle schools, high schools, and colleges, Dissidents foster dialogue and civic understanding. The project also supports a media fellowship that trains select participants to produce content for social media. Since its launch, the Dissident Project has delivered more than 175 speeches, reaching an average of 253 students per event in 2025.
About the Role
Young Voices is seeking a Content Creator — a working digital creator and classical liberal voice who can help develop the next generation of liberty communicators.
This is a rare kind of role: The ideal candidate is already building an audience, already active in legacy and digital media, and already living the career trajectory that Young Voices’ contributor program is designed to produce. They will bring that firsthand experience to bear as a content creator, program co-designer, and talent coach — all at once.
Based in New York City or Washington, DC, the Content Creator will produce original content, maintain a regular media presence, cultivate relationships across the NYC or DC media scene, and work directly with contributors to accelerate their growth as digital voices for liberty.
The Content Creator reports to the Director of Programs and is a full-time position with flexibility for remote work. Young Voices operates on a hybrid work schedule, with two WFH days per week.
