The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a career accelerator for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways. KAP equips associates with the tools, mindsets, and community to succeed as social entrepreneurs—individuals excited to find new and better ways to break barriers and eliminate injustice. Associates spend one day each week engaging in experiential learning with Stand Together Fellowships and work at one of our many partner organizations the rest of the week. Our curriculum is designed to supercharge your development and equip you for long-term success as you seek to have an impact on the problems that prevent people from realizing their potential.

About FEE

The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the economic, ethical, and legal principles of a free society.

Since its founding in 1946, FEE has been committed to inspiring and educating individuals on the values of personal freedom, entrepreneurship, and sound economic thinking. Through various high-impact programs, digital content, publications, and events, FEE empowers individuals to understand the economic principles that drive prosperity and fosters a society rooted in individual rights and limited government.

Through world-class resources, programming, and network integration, FEE’s Educator Engagement team empowers educators to excellence in their craft. They awaken educators and the students they reach to a lens-shifting understanding of individual liberty and economic freedom and inspire them to further explore and advocate for a free and prosperous society.

About the Role

FEE seeks a detail-oriented, highly organized coordinator with a passion for creating world-class educational experiences that awaken and inspire further exploration of and advocacy for the ideas of freedom. The Educator Engagement Associate keeps the gears turning behind our work with educators, students, and Economics Clubs nationwide. You will ensure data is accurate, resources reach educators on time, and events run seamlessly while gaining hands-on exposure to curriculum development, educator outreach, and event planning. This role sits at the operational heart of FEE's educator engagement strategy, supporting the programs and pathways that move teachers and students from first contact toward deep, lasting alignment with the principles of a free society.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, enjoys systems and follow-through, has a grasp of classical liberal economic concepts, and an interest in contributing to world-class educational experiences that awaken educators and their students to a lens-changing understanding of economic freedom and equips and inspires them to teach others.

No specific degree is required, though familiarity with history, political philosophy, and economic theory is helpful. Comfort with spreadsheets, AI technology, CRM tools, and written communication is essential.

There is room to grow into curriculum development, educator outreach strategy, or program management roles based on interest and performance.

A Day in the Life

On a given day, you might update student registration data in Salesforce, troubleshoot a teacher's login issue on our learning platform, proofread a new lesson plan for tone and accuracy, draft a flyer promoting an upcoming webinar, and help track logistics for next month's teacher fellowship interviews. The work is varied, but the common thread is precision: you'll keep our systems clean and our educators well-supported.
