Our Development Events team designs and delivers high-impact events and experiences that deepen relationships, inspire leadership, and accelerate progress across our donor partner network. The Speaker Relations and Events Specialist plays a central role in facilitating meaningful connections and experiences for our donors and speakers at events.
Stand Together is seeking an organized and proactive Speaker Relations and Events Specialist to own the management of donor one-on-one meetings across our flagship events and smaller convenings throughout the year, while also supporting our broader speaker relations capability. This role sits at the intersection of speaker relations, partnerships, and event operations, serving as the connective tissue that ensures high-profile meetings run seamlessly and at the highest level.
Depending on the event, you will manage a portfolio of meetings, including coordinating schedules, overseeing data integrity, driving preparation processes for internal and external leaders, and managing strategy of high-value meetings through coordination with the partnerships team. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leaders and business executives who engage with Stand Together at the highest levels. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $50,000–$65,000 per year.

Compensation decisions are informed by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, capabilities, demonstrated skills, role responsibilities, and expected contribution. Consistent with this approach, base salary may vary within or outside of the anticipated range based on these considerations.
