Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for our next Lead Business Operations Analyst to bring data to the center of how we grow and scale our go-to-market strategy. This role is rooted in data analytics, with a sharp focus on enabling our go-to-market through insightful reporting, performance measurement, and strategic guidance. You’ll be the analytical engine behind the go-to-market, bringing a holistic view across our sales, marketing, and customer success motions — designing dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and shaping decision-making through data. Your insights will influence strategy, improve processes, and drive growth. The ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver, experienced Salesforce and Snowflake data wrangler, and trusted partner to sales and cross-functional leaders. 

The Job

Analytics & Insights 

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market analytics—from scoping business questions to delivering insights that drive actions. 
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Looker and Salesforce) that surface key sales metrics, such as pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and funnel performance. 
  • Translate open-ended stakeholder needs into structured analytical projects that deliver measurable impact. 
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses using Salesforce, Snowflake and product data to uncover growth opportunities and diagnose performance gaps. 
  • Develop forecasting, territory planning, and segmentation models to support revenue planning and rep efficiency. 
  • Partner with Data Science to build and refine lead scoring, churn risk, and upsell propensity models. 
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure Salesforce data integrity and support scalable reporting across leads, opportunities, accounts, and revenue segments. 
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to sales leaders—supporting OKR planning, QBRs, WBRs, and strategic reviews.
  • Influence leadership decisions by framing insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Help shape a data-first operating cadence for the GTM team by defining and socializing KPIs, leading performance retrospectives, and identifying areas for improvement.Influence leadership decisions by framing insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. 

You 

  • 6-10 years of experience in analytics, sales strategy, or business operations, with a clear bias toward data-heavy roles. 
  • Deep proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large, complex datasets across multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, product usage, marketing funnel).
  • Strong experience with Looker (LookML a plus) and other BI tools for building dashboards and visualizations.
  • Expertise in working with Salesforce CRM—you know how to query, validate, and interpret sales data, and how to navigate Salesforce schema and custom fields.
  • Business acumen and experience partnering with SaaS sales and marketing leaders to solve GTM challenges.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects from problem framing to delivery.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you make complex data understandable for all audiences.
  • A data-first thinker with a passion for shaping sales strategy through analytical rigor.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • A strong communicator who can align stakeholders around insights and drive change.

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $125,000 - $187,000 + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
