Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and Enablement, the Lead Product Marketing Manager for Member Experience will serve as the product marketing lead for Spring Health’s innovative member experience. This East Coast–based role (NYC preferred) is part of the Product Marketing team and plays a critical role in shaping strategic positioning, advancing adoption, and driving measurable impact through cross-functional leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain compelling messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the differentiated value of Spring Health’s member experience, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to execute high-impact go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, and strengthen our positioning in the market.
    Own go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major feature rollouts, ensuring strong adoption, engagement, and measurable business results.
  • Partner with the Revenue Enablement team to ensure field-facing teams are fully equipped with effective tools, content, and training that improve deal velocity, retention, and engagement.
  • Advance Spring Health’s thought leadership by guiding content and initiatives that establish our voice as a category leader in mental health technology.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by partnering on content that elevates Spring Health's voice in the mental health tech space.

What Success Looks Like

  • Measurable increases in deal velocity, win rates, and customer retention directly attributable to strong positioning and GTM execution.
    GTM initiatives delivered on time and with demonstrable impact on business outcomes.
  • Positive, consistent feedback from Sales and Customer Success on the relevance, quality, and effectiveness of marketing materials.
  • Clear alignment between product strategy, market messaging, and customer outcomes.
  • Recognition of Spring Health as an industry leader through thought leadership and market presence.

Qualifications

Required

  • 7–10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, analytics platforms, or employer services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to translate complex product concepts into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
    Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of influencing product strategy and driving alignment across stakeholders.
    Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and metrics to guide strategy, measure success, and refine GTM approaches.

Preferred

  • Experience leading sales enablement strategy and developing high-impact GTM collateral.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and messaging nuances.
  • Experience guiding thought leadership and market education initiatives that elevate brand perception.

The target base salary range for this position is $147,000 - $184,750 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
