SUMMARY
The Integrated Partnerships team at USA for UNHCR mobilizes private sector partners to support refugees worldwide, working across corporate, foundation, civil society, and community-based partners.
The Manager, Faith-Based Partnerships will support the stewardship of a high-value, strategically critical portfolio of U.S.-based faith-based civil society partners, with a particular emphasis on Islamic philanthropy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Civil Society & Foundation Partnerships, this role is responsible for driving and stewarding significant revenue growth, developing high-quality proposals, and stewarding long-term strategic positioning of a complex partnership portfolio in support of USA for UNHCR鈥檚 programmatic priorities.
This is a results-driven role requiring advanced relationship management skills, subject-matter expertise in faith-based philanthropy, and the ability to translate humanitarian priorities into high-impact and compelling partnership opportunities. The role works under the guidance of the Senior Manager to execute partnership activities, including portfolio strategy, partner engagement, and opportunity development, with autonomy in day-to-day tasks.

$91,350 - $109,620
