The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. As part of the Community and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Ops team, you will help ensure we deploy our team members and grant making assets to drive growth for our business, and impact in community. You will support the development and oversight of key systems and tools to execute our commitments, while ensuring proper governance and compliance. This will involve close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to develop a framework for our processes that meet client needs. This role plays an important part in helping our team advance how Target leverages its distinctive brand and unparalleled resources to set the bar for responsible, and charitable business practices. As a Senior Business Partner Strategy and Ops supporting philanthropy and team member engagement, you will: Manage grant payment processing, for grant and employee donations as appropriate Support, in partnership with Governance lead, the development of and adherence to process, procedure and control associated grant and payment processing Lead continual improvement efforts for payment processing Oversee technology systems and architecture. Develop framework and build grant making and volunteerism system and configuration Own application programming, and resolve programming and system issues Oversee system access review and management Lead evaluation and drive recommendation for new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency, payments, including through automation and AI Support Governance lead, including responding to external requests from regulators and supporting internal compliance monitoring and reporting Close partnership with internal and external partners including to improve processes or resolve issues Coordinator over distributed operational support teams and their work Oversee the development and execution of onboarding through formal and just in time training Advising to team on grant making and volunteerism operations Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Grantmaking teams, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax and Government Affairs Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and transform input into enhanced tools and technology solutions Oversee end to end programmatic or technology improvement projects Other responsibilities as assigned About You: Four-year degree or equivalent experience 5+ years' experience in philanthropic, non-profit or corporate giving sector Experience and expertise in tech/systems, including programming, ideally with systems that support philanthropy and team member engagement Strong knowledge of and experience in community impact operations management with focus on philanthropy, if possible, within a larger Foundation or Corporate philanthropic organization Positive, people-oriented, enthusiastic and can easily work with others Excellent attention to detail Proven ability to take complicated process and technical frameworks and create digestible messaging for program leaders Proven problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and out-side of the box thinking skills – connecting dots and translating ideas into action Proven ability to collaborate and engage with external partners confidently Ability to work independently, including manage multiple demands and/or projects simultaneously This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
