About the role
Flamma, hosted by the Meliore Foundation, is an emerging strategic communications-first initiative to advance gender equality.
We are seeking an Executive Director who brings a rare blend of strategic vision, creativity, and purpose, someone eager to shape and guide this project from its inception and leave a lasting mark on how strategic communications foster gender equality.
This is a defining leadership opportunity for a visionary strategist who believes in the transformative power of communications to drive systemic change. As Executive Director, you will have the chance to shape both the substance and the spirit of a new initiative dedicated to advancing gender equality through strategic communications, partnerships, and narrative power.

Working collaboratively with movement leaders, advocates, funders, and creative partners, you will help bridge the worlds of strategic communications, civil society, and philanthropy to accelerate progress towards gender equality.
