The Office Manager serves as a liaison with IT, Security, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, property management group and other external visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
Dependable. Ability to work up to 20 hours per week, and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Flexible. Can occasionally work evening hours or over 30 hours if and when events in the New Orleans office require it.
Adaptable. Able to work on competing priorities while seeking the guidance of the Senior Manager of facilities to determine capacity.
Customer Service Oriented. Must be able to deliver optimal customer service to all stakeholders requiring assistance.
Efficient. Ability to effectively manage time while working in a fast-paced environment and pivoting from one assignment to another to accomplish the desired goals.

Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the office facilities.
Manage office meeting space and event needs and collaborate with colleagues to coordinate events.
Compose and distribute imperative office communications to assigned staff.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and manage office supply inventory.
Assist with projects as needed.
Provide location orientation to newly relocated or hired employees assigned to office and assist with employee facilities set-up.
Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

This is a non-exempt role, and the minimum starting salary is $55,825 ($26.83 per hour) annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
