We’re looking for an exceptional Paid Social Team Lead to join the Global Performance Marketing team at Too Good To Go! You’ll play a critical role in accelerating the growth of quality new users to the Too Good To Go app.

Your role and responsibilities

As the Paid Social Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind the performance and strategic growth of our global Paid Social channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will be entrusted with developing a high-performing team and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that spans from building brand awareness to driving conversions. Your success will be measured by the channel's growth and the professional development of your team.

Specifically, you will:

  • Own the Strategy & Performance: Take full ownership of the global Paid Social channel, developing and executing a long-term strategy to ensure continuous growth and success.
  • Lead and Develop a Team: Mentor, guide, and foster the professional growth of your team members. Their success is your success, and you will be accountable for building a collaborative and skilled unit.
  • Master the Full Funnel: Implement sophisticated, full-funnel strategies across all paid social platforms, creating tailored campaigns for awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Drive Insightful Measurement: Partner with the Data team to build and maintain a robust pipeline for incrementality testing (e.g., Geo-Lift, user-level split tests) to prove the true value of your team's efforts.
  • Collaborate for Global Success: Work closely with both global and local marketing teams to devise cohesive, integrated plans and strategies that help us achieve our collective goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok), with a strong emphasis on a mobile-first or app-centric environment (either in-house or at an agency).
  • Proven leadership capabilities experience in a team lead or mentorship role, showcasing your ability to guide and develop a team.
  • experience in mobile marketing, demonstrating a deep understanding of the app ecosystem.
  • Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and the ability to execute campaigns that map to each stage of the user journey.
  • Strong knowledge of the Meta and TikTok platform APIs and SDKs, with hands-on experience being a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with various marketing attribution models, incrementality testing (Geo-Lift and Meta User Split Test), and the principles of Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Familiarity with MMP/BI/measurement tools such as AppsFlyer, Looker, Firebase or equivalent. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and take action quickly.
  • A test-and-learn mindset - always curious and pushing for better.
  • Self-starter energy: autonomous, organised, and outcome-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality.
