About the team 

Business Unit NA at Studyportals is in close contact with our clients and is responsible for the sale and post-sale customer relationship management for our student recruitment campaigns. Excellent communication with the client will be your and your team's number one priority! 

Your day to day 

  • The full cycle of the client journey - online student recruitment campaign implementation, monitoring and optimisation, client consulting, enrolment verification, campaign renewal, and so forth
  • Ensuring the continuation and growth of the collaboration with your clients, taking on sales responsibility 
  • Developing lasting relationships with the university representatives to better fulfil their marketing needs for student recruitment 
  • Using a variety of tools to manage the daily workload 

Your are 

  • Based in Monterrey, Mexico 
  • You preferably have a university degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (or any other relevant field) 
  • 2 years Work experience in a client-facing role such as sales/account management 
  • (Near) native level of English (both written and spoken) 
  • Good prioritization skills and working under pressure 
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution experience  
  • You are keen on developing yourself both professionally and as an individual 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • You are able to get in the shoes of prospective international students 
  • You are a team player, comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun
