The Partnerships Capacity Strengthening Coordinator will lead and support capacity building of Trócaire’s local partners,
ensuring they have the organisational systems, skills, and structures to deliver high-quality, sustainable programmes. You will
lead partner assessments, develop tailored capacity-building action plans, deliver training and mentoring, and coordinate
closely with Programmes, Finance, and MEAL teams to ensure quality delivery, compliance, and reporting. You will also
represent Trócaire and support local partner organizations , building strong collaborations across agenices.

You will report to the Partnerships Manager, the job opportunity will be offered on a fixed term contract (FTE) for 12 months and is based in Syria. Hiring of this position is dependant on funding.
