We are recruiting for 2 People Services Assistants to provide administrative support and guidance within our People Service Desk.

Where will I be working?

Reporting into the People Services Lead, you will be an integral part of our People team playing an active role in helping to enable Wellcome to become the best place to work, in support of the delivery of the mission

What will I be doing?

The People Services Assistant is responsible for responding to all queries raised with the People Service Desk and processing all administration throughout the employee lifecycle and across the Employee Value Proposition. This role ensures an excellent customer service experience for both employees and managers, and delivers service in accordance with SLAs.

The minimum requirements of the role are:

  • Proven experience working within an HR Helpdesk environment with a focus on the customer service experience and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of basic HR policies & processes

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
