We have a strong culture of collaboration: decisions are made together, every engineer has a real voice, and ownership is taken seriously. Your work will have genuine purpose — the infrastructure you build and maintain will directly support journalists investigating corruption and organized crime around the world.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer, with solid familiarity with infrastructure as code, GitOps workflows, and cloud-native application lifecycles.
Strong hands-on experience with three or more of the following:
You're the kind of engineer who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and cares about doing things right — not just getting them done.
