About the role

You will be part of a regional strategy to follow and analyse legislative initiatives across Latin America. You will add your value in the analysis and detection of local insights to strengthen policy work with relevant, timely and quality information.

Using comparative politics, benchmarking and frequent conversation with focal points (national associations, members, other relevant stakeholders) you will be able to provide support to the members policy priorities such as: telecommunication framework reforms, IA government strategies, fiscal reforms, quality of service regulations, presidential elections priorities, among others.

You will collaborate with the team in the creation and following of minutes, policy briefs, agendas, presentations, to enhance capacity for regional impact. You will add value by strengthening collaboration, aligning global and local priorities in local language, and strengthening relevant insights for policy debates across the region.

About You

You will need to be detailed oriented and be able to communicate effectively, to analyse complex policy and regulatory proposals and translate then info clear, simple, comparable information across countries. You are a strategic thinker with passion for public policy and its impact on society and on digitalization.

You will have to have demonstrable knowledge and experience navigating legislative and regulatory processes, you will bring strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a high-performing, multicultural environment. You will have to be native in Spanish and bilingual in English.

You will be able to upscale your knowledge developing new skills or enhancing existing ones. You are proactive, flexible, and driven by impact—always looking for innovative ways to shape the policy agenda and deliver meaningful results across Latin America.
