About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead Adoption and Growth for LinkedIn Sales Navigator, our paid product for sales professionals that leverages LinkedIn’s vast network to help sales teams find, engage, and close deals with the right buyers.
In this role, you will define and drive the strategy for Sales Navigator’s growth and adoption efforts, helping accelerate time to value for every customer, so they can efficiently find the most relevant leads, accounts, and insights to drive revenue. You will develop a deep understanding of customer segments and needs, ship and experiment at rapid velocity across a variety of levers (e.g., comms, partner integrations, and AI), creating massive impact for our customers and business.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision – Understand B2B sales professionals needs to define the vision for how Sales Navigator seamlessly complements / integrates with their critical workflows across key moments for discovery, retention and reengagement.
Data-Driven Optimization – Leverage product usage data, behavioral data, customer insights, and sales performance metrics to develop hypotheses, AB test, and ultimately identify the points of leverage in the ecosystem. Scale learnings as fast as possible.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, operations, and sales to execute and scale discovery and retention experiences.
Stakeholder Alignment – Work closely with go-to-market teams to align product roadmaps with customer needs, market trends, and LinkedIn’s broader strategy.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications:
MS degree in a technology-related field
Product Growth – Proven track record of driving step change growth in product metrics through end user product improvements; Strong understanding of growth levers, hypothesis driven MVP definition, creating high velocity and clarity tests
Data-Driven Mindset – Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and data analytics to improve product discovery, retention and reengagement. Ability to make tough calls to drive prioritization and clarity.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Enterprise SaaS / sales tech knowledge – Experience building web products that impact sales teams, revenue growth, or sales productivity is a plus.
Ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
