About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the operational growth and optimization of our device information services. This role is crucial in enhancing device traceability, regulatory compliance, fraud and theft prevention, and sustainability efforts. You will play a pivotal role in advancing industry understanding and management of mobile devices, fostering greater transparency and trust in the device lifecycle.

By providing more accurate, secure, and accessible information about device condition and history, you will help eliminate barriers to the adoption of pre-owned devices. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who excels in cross-functional environments and can translate market needs into scalable, efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, support) to launch new products and features

  • Map complex ecosystems with regional variations, engage senior stakeholders, and distill feedback into business priorities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of device solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and operational capabilities

  • Conduct structured market analysis to assess demand, identify gaps, and inform product decisions

  • Lead post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned and refine future processes

  • Support key accounts with tailored solutions and strategic input

About You

  • Extensive experience in product management, operations, or business strategy within the telecom industry or with network-connected devices

  • Familiar with device lifecycle, resale, circular economy models, and digital product passports

  • Strong understanding of service delivery models, and operational workflows

  • Experience in process mapping, optimization, and cross-functional coordination

  • Analytical and results-driven mindset

  • Comfortable navigating complex environments and driving clarity across teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
