Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.
The Relationships, Revenue & Investments group at Stand Together is experiencing rapid growth in demand across its technology portfolio - two enterprise Salesforce platforms, web applications and AI tools that together power how Stand Together and its partners manage relationships, track investments, and drive revenue strategy.
As a Product Manager on this team, you will work alongside other product managers to keep multiple concurrent workstreams moving forward. You'll work across projects based on where the need is greatest - stepping in to drive requirements, coordinate delivery, and maintain momentum during peak efforts, staffing transitions, or competing priorities. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on variety, brings structure to ambiguity, and communicates clearly across technical and business audiences.
In Your First 6-12 Months, You Will
Build working knowledge of the team's three core platforms (two Salesforce systems and web services) and the business processes they support.
Partner with senior PMs to maintain healthy backlogs - refining requirements, writing clear acceptance criteria, and ensuring development teams have what they need to deliver.
Step into active workstreams during surge periods or PM absences to keep delivery on track and stakeholders informed.
Develop relationships with key business stakeholders to understand priorities, intake requests effectively, and translate needs into actionable work items.
Cross-Project Coordination & Delivery Support
Move across the product portfolio based on priority, providing hands-on support wherever momentum is most at risk.
Own day-to-day backlog management, sprint coordination, and stakeholder communication for assigned workstreams.
Requirements & Intake Management
Partner with stakeholders to capture, clarify, and properly format incoming requests - turning business needs into well-structured stories and tickets.
Ensure requests are connected to business objectives and prioritized accordingly.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a reliable point of contact for business partners, providing clear and consistent updates on progress, blockers, and timelines.
Proactively surface risks, capacity concerns, and trade-offs to senior PMs and leadership.
Agile Execution
Coordinate across engineering, QA, and business teams to drive crisp, low-overhead delivery.
Roadmap & Planning Support
Assist senior PMs in building and maintaining product roadmaps, milestone tracking, and release planning.
Help connect day-to-day work to longer-term strategic priorities.
2-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related coordination-heavy role within a technology environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce-based platforms or enterprise CRM systems (hands-on configuration experience is a plus, not a requirement).
Strong organizational skills - you bring structure to chaos and keep multiple workstreams moving without losing detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication - you can translate between technical teams and business stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
A collaborative mindset - you're energized by supporting others, filling gaps, and doing whatever it takes to keep the team successful.
Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
Experience supporting multiple products or teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Background in Salesforce administration, business analysis, or technical project management.
Exposure to investment management, CRM, or revenue operations platforms.
