Product Operations Intern (m/f/x)

Our mission

Plan A has set itself the ambitious goal to support businesses around the globe to decarbonise and deliver on their climate objectives, using science and technology. We offer a software for decarbonisation and ESG reporting capabilities, that enables businesses of the likes of BMW, Flix, Mollie, Blisce and Too Good To Go, to successfully manage their net zero journey. Building and growing Plan A has been only possible thanks to our ever-expanding team across Europe.

We're looking for a Product Operations Intern, to join our Product team from January 2026 for a 6-month internship. If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you!

Your responsibilities

At Plan A, you'll be working with hundreds of companies to successfully manage their net zero journey and ESG reporting. We are looking for someone to:

• Own data quality for key accounts: work directly with engineers to ensure our platform delivers correctly
• Build product analytics and reporting: track product health, analyze customer feedback, surface insights that inform roadmap decisions
• Design cross-functional processes: create workflows connecting Product with Sales and Customer Success
• Support continuous discovery and stakeholder communication: prepare product updates, contribute to user research, translate findings into clear narratives

• Exposure to product management practices alongside a senior PM team

• Knowledge of Product Management best practices (eg Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery Habits, Inspired)
• A fast learner, who is able to grasp difficult concepts quickly
• An organised person, with a strong attention to detail
• An excellent written and verbal communicator in the English language
• Located in Berlin, able to work from our office in Mitte
  
  

What makes you stand out 

• Previous experience in an Agile software development environment and/or previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
