Role Overview
The Project Management Office (PMO) Intern will serve as the primary support to the PMO Lead, engaging in a diverse array of daily activities and specific time-bound projects. This role is integral to the PMO's mission of embedding project management as a core function within MSF-USA. The intern will contribute to achieving the PMO's strategic objectives, including fostering staff understanding of how their work contributes to the goals articulated in the 2026 Annual Plan and advancing the maturity of the PMO. The intern will gain hands-on experience in project management, reporting, and administration, while also participating in special initiatives such as annual planning and the development of Asana project management templates.

LOCATION
New York, NY (On-site or Hybrid): This role is based in our New York office, where most of the team and operational infrastructure are located. Due to current staffing and budget constraints, we’re unable to support this position in our DC or California offices.

$19/hour
