Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.
Our Development events team designs and executes thoughtful, high-impact content across a portfolio of events — from intimate convenings to large-scale tentpole experiences.
We are seeking an Event Project Manager to oversee timelines and deliverables across all phases of event planning and execution. This mid-level role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who can effectively coordinate stakeholders and drive progress against critical milestones. The Event Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (events, operations, creative, partnerships, and communications) to ensure the successful delivery of key events.

Onsite & Event Support
Provide onsite support as needed, including schedule management, general staffing assignments, and real-time coordination.
