Search is seeking an LTA agreement with a Taxi services company in Lebanon.

Purpose of Assignment - The objective is to have an LTA agreement with a Taxi services company that can provide safe and proper transportation for Search staff across Lebanon.
- The visit areas: within Beirut, and might extend from Beirut to Akkar / Bekaa / South / Tripoli /Mount Lebanon
Scope of Work:
- The mode of pricing followed from the taxi from Search For Common Ground office in Achrafieh Sioufi to Beirut and to different areas of Lebanon as a main requirement, in addition to the mode of pricing of trips in general.
- Additional rates/fees related to pick-up/drop-off from the airport, with details about the services available for such trips (holding a sign, internet connection in the car, etc.)
- Prices for different vehicle categories if applicable: 2x4, 4x4, 7 seater and mini-van .
- Half day Taxi rate mentioning time applicable, rate per KM fees
- Full day Taxi rate mentioning time applicable, rate per KM fees
- Availability of online booking system and/or App
- Rates in USD
- The company is expected to provide detailed electronic/physical vouchers related to each trip.
Offers should include:
- Waiting time lapse (free and charged time)
- Cancellation fees (state minimum time to cancel)
- If prices are inclusive of VAT or not
- Estimated time of taxi arrival to Achrafieh-Sioufi

How to apply- To apply, interested candidates (agencies, companies, and firms) are requested to submit a technical and financial proposal in separate files:
1. The technical proposal with company profile and services rendered. The main proposal must not be more than 5 pages.
- Kindly add if the cars fleet is owned by the company or by the drivers, and the measures related to the convenience and safety of passengers (Insurance, fire extinguishers, preventive maintenance, spare tire, procedure for car replacement in case of car break down)
- The company should provide insights about the training provided to the company's driver.
2. At least three reference letters from previous assignments successfully completed (at least 2 INGOs). Recommendation letters preferred.

- The price module to several locations.
- Validity of price offer, and frequency of change in prices (if any)
- Delivery terms and conditions (lead time in South ,Tripoli , Bekaa , Akkar and Mount Lebanon)
- Proposed payment plan
- Legal papers of registration. (Commercial, registration, tax documents, Passport or copy of ID of owner ,).Failing to provide these documents will lead to deduction of the withholding tax as per the Lebanese Law.
