Job Summary:
We are looking for a researcher to join our fast paced and global Projects Team on research and strategy projects, this is a full time position.
As one of our researchers, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of projects across public and private sectors that draw on a number of primary and secondary research methods, including literature reviews and analysis of secondary data, surveys and mapping. Project work takes place across teams based in different locations and sometimes time zones, meaning strong communication skills and keen enthusiasm are required. The role will involve qualitative research using techniques such as focus groups and interviews, interacting with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and industries. Data collection, consolidation, and analysis will form a major part of this role, with a need to translate findings into language that all stakeholders can understand.
The role requires creativity to propose and develop methodologies, and design action plans and recommendations. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
