You will have the opportunity to review, rethink, and deliver critical reward/compensation processes and programs, and operate our core Reward (Compensation) heartbeat activities, directly contributing to our mission success by ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate the best talent in the world.

Your primary responsibility will be to review, rethink (where it makes sense), deliver Reward processes and programs, and provide strategic reward advice to our leaders, all grounded in rigorous, data-driven analysis and insights.
You will be managed by the EMEA Reward & Recognition Lead and collaborate closely with the rest of the team in London and the US, alongside the Talent Acquisition team and People & Culture Partners on a daily basis. The unique opportunity in this role lies in innovating and continuously evaluating the efficiency of compensation programs in a fast-paced environment with unique talent challenges.
