Job Description

This role will be based in Amsterdam.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Sales Manager to lead our Benelux Enterprise Staffing team. This is a key leadership role where you will manage a group of high-performing sales professionals, develop and execute the strategic plan for the region, and drive meaningful impact for our clients and our business.

Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and inspire a diverse team of world-class sales professionals.
Build and deliver accurate forecasts, and contribute insights to complex account and financial planning.
Drive revenue growth by executing account strategies, strengthening client relationships, and promoting sales excellence.
Advance executive engagement and position LinkedIn as a trusted thought partner in the staffing industry.
Represent LinkedIn with integrity, helping deliver on our mission, vision, and culture internally and externally.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles or equivalent consulting experience.
2+ years of experience managing and coaching high-performing sales teams.
Fluency in English and Dutch

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in leadership in competitive, consultative sales environments.
Experience developing and selling enterprise-level solutions.
Demonstrated ability in consistently exceeding revenue goals.
Strong understanding of subscription-based business models.
Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and close complex deals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
