What You’ll Do

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Business Systems Team, responsible for administration and support of Salesforce.  You will directly support our users and ensure the smooth operation of our Salesforce environment. Your primary focus will be managing and resolving requests from a ticket queue, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely, high-quality support to end users across the organization. You will handle day-to-day administration tasks such as user setup, permissions, and configuration changes, while maintaining data integrity and system performance. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement practical solutions using Salesforce best practices. You’ll also contribute to documentation and training resources to help drive user adoption and efficiency.

In this role, you will:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using declarative tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, etc.).
  • Manage and resolve user requests from a ticket queue, including troubleshooting issues and performing configuration changes.
  • Configure and support Salesforce integrations and embedded applications such as Conga.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement practical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
  • Perform data updates, imports, and exports while ensuring data integrity.
  • Document system configurations and create user guides to support training and adoption.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team deliverables.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years hands-on experience administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required
  • Proficiency in declarative development using Flow Builder
  • Experience supporting end users through a ticketing system and resolving configuration issues.
  • Familiarity with SCRUM Agile methodology.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work core business hours (8–5 in any US time zone).
  • Most of all, you're driven by a mission to improve learning outcomes for all students and are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Platform App Builder and/or other advanced Salesforce certifications
  • Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
  • Familiarity with Conga Contracts or similar CLM tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center and/or other dev tools
  • Passion for education and a mission-driven mindset to improve learning outcomes.

Pay range for this role:
$70,000$90,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
