Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in strengthening the operational backbone of our development efforts. This role partners closely with portfolio teams and Development Operations leadership to ensure disciplined execution, forward-looking planning, and consistent use of Salesforce and related development tools.

The Senior Analyst serves as a trusted subject matter expert and operational leader—driving improvements in systems, processes, and team effectiveness. This role focuses on executional excellence, systems ownership, and continuous improvement, not strategic portfolio design or donor strategy.
