Job Overview:  At Findhelp, we believe everyone deserves access to the help they need, with dignity and ease. As a Senior Business Solutions Architect on the Uno Health team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the experience of eligibility, enrollment, and redetermination for millions of people across the U.S.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with broad ownership and high autonomy. You will own major product initiatives end-to-end — from framing the problem and defining strategy, through execution, launch, and iteration — in a complex, regulated environment. You will work closely with design, engineering, data, customer success, and leadership to translate business goals and constraints into clear product direction and shipped customer value.

The ideal candidate is energized by ambiguity, detail-oriented without losing sight of outcomes, deeply data-driven, and motivated by building products that have real-world impact. This role does not require direct management of people, but involves leading highly cross functional teams and efforts. It’s also about owning hard problems, and being a driver of a value-packed roadmap.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Own and deliver large, cross-functional product initiatives that drive core business outcomes for Uno’s seeker-facing and navigator-facing digital products within the Findhelp ecosystem.
  • Set clear product direction by translating business objectives, regulatory constraints, and user needs into well-scoped initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Lead product development from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring high-quality execution, clear sequencing, and thoughtful trade-offs.
  • Establish and model a high bar for product rigor, including problem framing, success metrics, experimentation, and post-launch learning.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to run effective sprints, write clear requirements, and unblock teams in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Use data of all kinds deeply to inform prioritization, assess performance, diagnose issues, and guide iteration.
  • Navigate and incorporate regulatory and operational complexity into product decisions without losing velocity or clarity and interface with knowledge and policy experts across the organization to obtain these inputs.
  • Communicate concisely and clearly with executives and cross-functional stakeholders, articulating the why, what, and how behind product decisions.
  • Collaborate across R&D leaders to inform and evolve Uno’s broader product roadmap and strategy.
  • Mentor and support more junior product team members through example, feedback, and shared standards of excellence.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Solutions Architect, with demonstrated success as a Senior-level individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end, not just features, with clear business impact.
  • Experience building products in highly regulated or complex domains (e.g., healthcare, fintech, insurance, gov-tech).
  • Strong product fundamentals, including discovery, strategy, roadmapping, execution, and lifecycle management.
  • Deep comfort working with data: defining metrics, interpreting results, and using evidence to guide decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to clearly articulate problems, decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes to varied audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Design, Operations, Data, and Leadership.
  • And any of this nice to have experience:
  • Experience with consumer-facing or B2B2C digital products.
  • Background in marketplaces, eligibility systems, workflows, or operationally complex products.
  • Experience rebuilding or significantly evolving a product function or product area.
  • Exposure to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or growth-oriented product work.
  • Familiarity with public benefits, healthcare systems, or social impact technology.
