As the Senior Clinical Manager, Family Care you will shape and scale how Spring Health supports members and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. This role will support the growth of Spring Health’s services for families, teens/adolescents, and children. You’ll design and launch new clinical initiatives, guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, and ensure that every aspect of the family care experience reflects clinical excellence. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on clinical engagement, serving as the bridge between care delivery, product innovation, and business impact. This is a full time position that is fully remote that will report to the Senior Director of the Specialty Care Programs. Occasional travel may be required for company or team events

What you’ll do: 

  • Serve as clinical lead for providers, peer recovery, and care navigators involved in the family care experience
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, drive the strategic vision for family care 
  • Lead clinical design, development, and launch of family support programs 
  • Lead tracking and reporting on program outcomes
  • Monitor and drive team performance on KPIs, including engagement in care
  • Partner with Business Strategy, Product and Operations team members to drive program KPIs
  • Develop integrations with health plans and build referral channels for identifying and routing members to care
  • Support sales and account management teams as clinical expert
  • Manage external partner provider relationships
  • Provide ~4 hours/week of direct member care including outreach, triage, and follow up appointments

What you’ll bring: 

  • Licensed behavioral health practitioner (psychologist, social worker, therapist, or counselor) at least 5+ years post licensure
  • Must have experience in direct care provision of children, teens/adolescents, and families. 
    • Must have experience with supporting children and families with neurodiverse issues (e.g. ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disorders)
    • Must have school-based clinical care experience working with parents, caregivers, youth (children, adolescents) and/or young adults.Experience with school-based interventions, and coordination of care across academic and community based resources (e.g. knowledge of IEP’s, IDEA, Section 504 Plan)
    • Knowledge of current best practices and evidence based treatments for ADHD, ASD, and LD, with a strong preference for experience and training in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavior Parent Training (BPT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
    • Strong preference for additional clinical expertise in evidence based treatment of family/teens/children in; substance use disorders, eating disorders, severe depression/anxiety, and/or trauma.
    • Experience with motivational Interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage.
    • Knowledge of federal and state policies/guidelines for school-based accommodations
  • Must be data driven and research-informed
  • Must have experience working on interprofessional teams to manage patient care (e.g. psychiatry, peer support, case management, nursing, etc)
  • Must have experience in clinical program management
  • Must have experience with clinical program design and implementation including experience collaborating with Product teams to build care team tools
  • Must have  experience managing clinical teams with demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a high-performing and highly-valued team
  • Knowledge of and experience with healthcare systems including health plans
  • Startup experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort with EHRs and electronic case management tools
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
  • Proactive approach to project management
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
  • The ability to travel to NYC Headquarters 2x per year

The target base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $142,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
