FMI’s Private Equity Services Practices focuses on supporting financial sponsors with transaction-related consulting services and value creation efforts specific to firms operating in the built environment. Our clients span the range of financial sponsors from $100+ billion AUM firms to independent sponsors and family offices. With FMI’s more than 70+ years of exclusive focus on the built environment, our mission is to help financial sponsors unlock growth, enhance performance, and create lasting value in this vital industry.
We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial senior consultant to join our growing team. The qualified individual will spend 90% of their time working with our financial sponsor clients providing advisory services including commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, value-creation and other transaction support. In this role, you will gain first-hand experience working with the stakeholders in the deal process and be a trusted advisor. The role will engage with confidential information and be at the leading edge of M&A activity occurring in the built environment.
This is a full-time opportunity that requires limited travel (<10%) and will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
